Iam new to Airbnb as a host, I want to ask a simple question?
Why does Airbnb allow a customer to write review and rate a propety, that he booked and never showed up, cancelled his booking after requesting a late night check in?
If the trip is canceled on or after the day of check-in he can leave a review in order for having some transparency for both parties. Both gets a say if needed. It might be more usual to cancel ahead of arriving but cancelling on the day of arrival might give cause for leaving a review. Dont call. Just read: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2066/reviews
