Booking guests with good reviews

Hi,

I heard that there is a way on instant book that a guest can only book if they have a good review. I cannot find where I would request that.

Hello @Sheila67,

Go to your calendar and click on the 4 bar icon at the top, beside the listing photo.

Then select "Booking" from the list that appears.

Then scroll to find the section called "Who can book instantly". The button for "Guests who meet ..." should be selected.

Scroll down further to the section "Additional requirements instant book only" and tick the desired boxes.

The fourth reply in the post below has an explanation from Airbnb as to how the two options work when someone searches for accommodation.

I have done exactly that with IB only guess with good reviews but still I get people that just joined with no reviews instant booking my place!! So I turned instant book off.
