Booking price shown does not match asking price

Can anyone help? I have set my minimum price per night at $70 but when I check the listing it shows at $51. I go back into settings to check and it stil reads $70. Does any one know how to change this?

I guess the difference has to do with the money you will receive once Airbnb substract its benefits...
