A guest is trying to book but has problems booking on my link. Apart from blocking the days what else can I do?

Earlier problem has been addressed. But I need to contact someone fromAirbnb management. My guest whose two clients stayed for 16 nights is complaining that extra money equivalent of USD274 was deducted from his credit card. Who can I speak to or email to address this complaint?
I would tell the person wanting to book to call Airbnb if the dates are free and they can't book @Makereta0
Maybe they haven't verified their ID and that's why they can't book if they are new to Airbnb?ever
Whatever the situation only Airbnb can help.
I would never block out dates for a guest who isn't able to book.
