Booking rates

We are brand new and just trying to figure this out.  For example, our rate is $250 a night but one time the customer was charged $341 and then for an upcoming holiday weekend, another customer was charged $200???  How is this calculated??

It could be that Smart Pricing is turned on. Go to your calendar and click "Pricing settings" located at the top right corner of the calendar. Smart Pricing is located under the Nightly price heading. If you choose to use this setting be sure to set the bottom price at a level you are comfortable with as your home will be booked most often at this rate.
