Booking settings not being enforced & some discrepancies between the app & website?

Hi there, 

Hello!

New host here -- Is anyone else having some issues with booking requests not following your settings & inconsistent behavior on the apps & website? I can't seem to find a way to reach AirBnB about these & wondering if anyone else has experienced the same...

 

Issues:

* Settings aren't being enforced - Received a same-day request - just 10 minutes before midnight for that day even though our settings require at least 1 day advance notice.  

 

* On the app and website, the only place I can find the reservation is on messages - doesn't show up on calendar or open requests. 

 

* User shows up without verifications of any sort on the app, but when I log into the website it shows he is a verified user (though I don't think we can approve his stay in any case since it's starting yesterday!).

Pricing going haywire!!! Something is wrong. My pricing is going crazy. tech support es supposed to fix.going on three days. Site says $276 when should be $149. Turns people away , cause my place not gonna bring $276. Lol!!! Ugh
