Breaker Box

Does anyone know if giving guests access to the breaker box is required?  Our breaker box is in the basement and we'd rather not give full access.  Any thoughts or suggestions would be a help!

No @Jim260, you are not obliged to give them access to it. Unless the fuse is cut off and they contact you as emergency. As a guest, I won't be interested where is breaker box (fuse box in UK) of the place I am staying at.
