Breaking House Rules

I have had several guests that have booked my room intending to bring their children even though my rules clearly state that my place is not suitable for children under the age of 12. I only seem to be able to cancel 3 of these reservations without penalty. How do other hosts handle this?

Hi Lesley

If your guest has indicated by message that they are bringing children under the age of 12, contact ABB and get them to cancel the booking as the guests are breaking your house rules.

If a guest books for adults and children, message them asking ages, pointing out that if arriving with children under 12yrs of age, entry to the property will be denied as per your house rules.
