Hi
I rented my apartment to a guest then I surprised that my tv screen is broken.
what can I do now??
if you have proof the guest has broken the tv, you can claim the damage:

How can I proof it??
do u mean by pictures??
the guest hassanalhaidary@gmail.com two kids and their hands print on the screen
@Hasan46 If you click on the link Emil provided, it explains all the steps you need to take to get reimbursed.
First, you will need to ask your guest for money to repair or replace the TV through the Resolution Center. If the guest doesn't respond after 72 hours or refuses to pay, you will need to involve Airbnb. Proof would be things like photos, yes, plus whatever documentation Airbnb requests: often a receipt for the original TV, repair estimate, or cost of a new TV.
Good luck!
I did as the instructions in the link..
I got a message from the guest that he will report to police as he thoughts that airbnb is not legal in Sweden.
And it’s not legal to rent apartment in this way..!!!
As I remembered when I signed up in the Airbnb I put my tax security number so It’s supposed to be legal.
