Bug on app

Tried to do a partial refund using the app but it just refuses to let me enter an amount. Did it on a pc just fine. Then, a bigger problem- the person who cancelled who I am wanting to refund and the person who has booked the cancelled spot have had their names switched, the pics are correct but names wrong in resolution centre. I'm not asking for help or anything, just reporting a really weird thing. Same date, wrong names, right pics. Shouldn't  be possible.

Can you sit on it for a few days...?

Maybe message the person you want to refund and give them a written assurance that you will offer a refund and explain that there is some sort snafu that you have to work out? Or maybe confirm with her what her reservation number was and then use that when you speak with CS and don't use her name/date?

@Emily487 , was fine on pc, but app is all wrong. At least I hope I refunded the right guest!

@Sandra126  So many glitches with airbnb's computer system, can't help wondering if the  IT department is maybe like "The IT Crowd"?
