Bugs in the air bnb calendar, the pricing and instant booking

I have been hosting holiday rentals on the air bnb platform for about 5 years now, and it has had its fair share of bugs and interfacing problems, but today is the worst !!

It is absolutely impossible to find a link to 'help' that actually works.  

The 'contact us' link doesn't work, the 'help page' link takes me back to the list of reservations in place.  

I have spent hours uplaoding photos and prices, to find they are not saved in the new property.  It took me 4 attempts to get a new price to save. 

I have properties that were clearly set up with instant book, to see the instant booking isn't working and/or turned off.

I am a property manager with 30 current listings, so I know what I am doing.  

This website is starting to cost me time and money. 

It is not a browser issue.  If the website is experiencing technical difficulties, then just make an announcement to hosts.  I have more important things to do with my time.
