Due to a severe housing shortage for seasonal workers (ski area), we rented our Airbnb space to a friend who needed it for some months. We blocked this entire time period. Once 2 months became unblocked and we only found out when a reservation request came through. Very awkward to have to turn down a very nice couple. Then we reblocked those dates. Another reservation request came through for the week around Valentine's Day. It, too, had been unblocked. Has anyone had issues with reservation dates and information being changed without their involvement and approval?
I just had the same issue as well. Someone booked with instant booking and booked one night at a date, which I have not activated in my calendar.
Do you have any recommendations on how to deal with this? I explained the situation to the guest, but now the user is asking me to cancel this request...
I have problems with calendar too. Not able to put 1 day min. for some dates. And my rule of 2 days min. doesn’t apply for one period. No way to correct it manually:(
