Calendar problem

Anyone experiencing a problem with their calendar? I had to cancel a n instant booking that was made today, the place was blocked out! (For another airbnb booking). Whats up with that? Makes me look bad! My ratings go south! I have had to take instant book off, so It won’t happen agsin, but now that also affects my ratings! Grr

If you had an airbnb booking and another airbnb booking came in for the same dates, you should not have cancelled it. Always get customer service to do it.

Give customer service a ring and get them to sort it out, they'll be able to see what happened.
