Calendar questions - importing and linking

I have set up to export and import my airbnb calendar with Homeway but they dont match.

Because I got the air bnb calendar wrong to start with it is now showing dates on Homeaway that are not booked.  I have corrected them on air bnb but this has not corrected on homeaway.  e.g.  I put a date when someone was leaving as booked when in fact hat night is available.  So I have several bookings where they are wrong on homeaway by a day because I put them in wrongly on air bnb.  Hope this makes sense.

I assume that as soon as you put a booking on one website that is automatically updates on the other - is that correct?

Not really, @Sally267. The calendars lag, and syncing in fact is far from perfect. You can never know when something breaks down...

They have actually corrected themselves now so all is good but I will keep an eye on it and thanks for your help.
