I am new to Airbnb. I just checked my listing by switching to travelling from hosting. 

My calender  is blocked almost all year where in reality it shouldn’t be. How do I remedy this please.

@Judith560  Go to your listing and click on Availability.  Then under "reservation preferences," look to see what the "availability window" is - 4 months, 6 months, a year?

Also consider changing your cover photo.  A black office chair doesn't exactly say "sunny."
