We use several sites to list our home, I’m finding it a bit difficult to keep track of all the guests  on a calendar, without having to print each vacation site out. This is mainly for my housekeeper who needs to know what dates guests are checking in, checking out and how many days they will be with us. This also helps her with setting up the house with more towels, water, fresh coffee, etc. 

we are looking for ideas and like to know what you use to keep track of your upcoming guests.

I use a Google calendar for all my listing sites.  Whenever I get a booking I add it to the Google calendar.  That makes the information portable so I can refer to it on my desktop, tablet, or phone when I update the calendars on all the listing sites.

I use an Excel spreadsheet that I update and send to the housekeeper and front desk for check in.  It has all of their information on it including my tracking of sending all of the check in documents via e-mail, the hand written welcome card and if I have had communication with them.  I find it helpful to have one spot to look for all of my pertinent information.
