Hi @Raed1 Just don't put your listing as family friendly. It's a complete waste of energy to ask parents about their kids behaviour as who is going to honestly say that they have two orangutans? They will all say that their kids are well behaved. The kids might indeed be well behaved, but you will still end up with running, jumping, sticky fingers on every single surface, ground cereal in the couch, drool on the decorative pillows, etc. etc
I adverstise only one of my listings as family friendly, and try to move all family inquiries into this particular place. If somehow kids do show up with parents, I don't do anything other than grin and bear it, and know that it's going to be much more to clean.
But if you are really worried, make sure that you don't have instant book enabled, make sure that you say in many places in the description that the apartment is NOT family friendly (but don't say "no kids"). Make it sound like a death trap for kids and try and weed out families with young kids this way.
Good luck.
Maria,
Thank you for taking the time to right all of that, I'll go with your advise. The apartment is not family freindly, which is true.
Thank you Jim & Marcia for taking the time to answer my question.
This way they will be carful otherwise they will pay for any damages.
But the problem you might find out things been broken or stains after the 48 hours you got to report to Airbnb.
Did that ever happen to you?
