Can I charge a fee for special things?

Most important, I have a pool heater that can get very expensive (up to $11 an hour) to run.  I want to be able to offer guests the ability to utilize the heater but would need to charge them more if they wanted to.

Can I charge a pool heater fee? if so how

You can negotiate for additional fees on anything and then request the amount through the Resolution Center.  

The question I have is, how will you time how many hours they use the pool heater so that you can charge for it?
