Can I list an office?

We purchased an old church that has offices and classrooms in a separate wing.  Am I able to list the offices on Airbnb, even though they will not have bedrooms?  Looking to attract people passing through the area that need a "pop up office" if you will.  The sanctuary part of the property is already listed on airbnb and includes bedrooms for overnight stay.  Would be nice to have our office rooms listed as well, if possible.  Thoughts?

@Jinny14Cool space! I looks like it will be pretty awesome when you are done. In the meantime, you might check it out in the Help section on you app, if no one knows here. You can always use the Contact Us option. I have gotten pretty fast answers doing that. I have seen queries about whether this was available via Airbnb so it might be quite successful. 

One tiny suggestion: pictures of everything  you named would be excellent for your listing. Like the bedroom, show it and the bed. Most people want too see it. Pictures of the Bathrooms are important as well. A commercial kitchen?! Yeah boy howdy would I want to see that! The pictures you have so far are very nice but the really don't sell the space for a traveler. Good Luck and welcome to the world of hosting! @Jinny14 The majority of people booking on Airbnb will be looking for living accomodation. I don't know that people looking for purely office space would think to check on Airbnb. But you could offer something unique and attract people by making it part of your listing heading "A Room AND a Pop-up Office" and sell it as a package deal. That could be a separate listing from your bedroom listings.

If you want to advertise office space then why not list of one of the websites that advertise office space.

And yes you could offer as an add on for your Airbnb listing.

I am assuming your office space has permission from your local government to operate as a business premises and you are registered for appropriate rates/taxes.

If you want to attract bookings for the airbnb element, invest in decent photography and descriptions of what you offer and local amenities.
