Can't add payout method

Hi there,

I cant add my bank account details as a payout method (I live in Germany). I keep getting a message that there was an error. What can I do? 

That is the message I get:

Oops, we're unable to complete submitting the payout info.

• There was an error processing the request.

Hello @Beata-Anna0. Try logging out and cleaning cookies. If the problem continues, you will have to contact the Customer Service - form in the profile or twitter.
