Can't contact Host

Trying to get more details about a listing so we can book it. We just get an error message every time we try to send a message. The help section is less than helpful--we match all of the criteria mentioned (minimum stay, available dates, verified profile, etc.), and still get the same message. Would be wonderful if there was a way to contact either the host or someone who could help at AirBnB, rather than getting redirected through endless unhelpful FAQ pages.
