Can't decline a request

Hello, 

I am trying to decline a request. I can click on 'Decline' but when it takes me to the 'Are you sure you want to decline' page I click 'Yes, decline' and nothing happens. Pls help me here! The clock is ticking away... Many thanks, Ro

Sounds like you need to give Airbnb a call. All the contacts are at the top of the forum you are posting in, if you don't have the number.

Hi Ro, I just did this a few hours ago. I think I clicked on the actual conversation on the host site. There I had the option of special offer or decline and underneath there is the box where you can send a message to the person. I then was able to send the message without doing the accept or decline thing.

Hi Ro,

I've been having the same problem so have just been in contact with air bnb who have remotely declined a request for me. They advised that I should try logging out then back in or downloading the app if the e same problem happens again.
