Can't reply to any reference requests

I've already received 3 requests from friends to write reference for them, but whenever I click on "Write a reference" button, it takes me to the person's profile and I can't write the references.

Any idea how to handle this bug?

I'm having the same problem and can't seem to find anyway to resolve it!

Only one of ten face book friends was able to publish a personal reference.The rest are still puzzled.I have tried to get help from every where including airbnb staff but prove to be unsuccessful. Have you found an answer ?
