Can’t see guests ratings

I’ve recently been off instant book. Is this why I do not see star ratings for the guests anymore?

I just signed up to be a host and I’m very nervous. I didn’t know I was instant booking and I have a booking for someone that I can’t see ratings for. I would like to know what kind of reviews they have. How do I do that??

@Marisa406Yes, it's unfortunate that Airbnb sets IB on for new hosts, by default.  If you go to the guests profile and see no reviews, then they don't have any. You can call CX and get them to cancel the booking if you're uncomfortable with it. Be sure to tell them that's the reason. Turn IB off. Get your hosting feet under you and then you can decide if you want to try it.
