Cancel a confirmed reservation

Dear Sir or Madam, 

I have a confirmed reservation-instant reservation- on my listing Villa Infinity H1, from Alessandro on 14/7 until 21/7.

However, we do not feel comfortable to accept this booking because as per our terms we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years old and they seem very young. 

We want this reservation to be cancelled if the guests are under the age of 25years old without charges or have issue with superhosting.

Please advice what we can do if they do not follow our terms as per their age. Can you contact them also?

We are a forum of hosts and guests - not monitored by Airbnb. You will need to call or contact Airbnb to discuss this @Nikol1 

If you have it in your house rules that you don't accept guests of under 25 Airbnb may consider a cancellation     (although unless it is a condition of your HOA or development they are unlikely to consider this, as you are not allowed to discriminate, including on the basis of age ).
