Cancel a reservation

Hey I have a problem, I need to cancel a reservation. I already contact the visitor, but the cancelation is not working

@Mona101   I see that you just recently published your listing and do not have any reviews.  Now you want to cancel a reservation which carries with it heavy penalties for doing so.  Since you are so new and need to learn more about how to manage your business on this platform.  Do not cancel this reservation by yourself.  Contact Air BNB and speak with a representative about why you need to do this.  Here is a guide for contacting Air BNB.
