Cancelation Policy

Is it possible to have a different cancelation policy for summer weeks? I have a cottage on a lake that I am happy to rent with a 24 hour cancelation window; however, for summer weeks, I want to use the 30-day cancelation policy as these weeks are too valuable to sit vacant because of a lst minute cancel. Is there a way to set up to do this?

 @Karen86 Do you mean the Super Strict 30 day cancellation policy?  If so, it is by "invitation only" which I find to be a polite way to say by "permission only".  The only listings I've seen with this policy are listings with $1,000's nightly rate and a minimum of 7 nights or more required.  Usually luxury resort type listings.  It's very, very rare.  You could ask Airbnb for it, but be prepared to be denied. 😞
