Canceled reservation

 I canceled the reservation one day after making,  The refund amount is about 1/2 of what I was told it would be, cannot get any resolution from airbnb and no way to verbally talk to anyone, very disappointing . A very disappointing venture for an old retired gentleman, very disappointing.
