Cancellation 1 day before arriving

Hi

I gott a cancellation on a booking 1 day befor arivel. They say that they dident understood that I is 2 separated flat’s.

Butt I wrote that to them 24 of October. 
will I get my payment for this week that they booked?

It depends when your guests cancelled their booking.

Your cancellation policy is Free cancellation for 48 hours after that cancel up to 24 hours before check-in and get a full refund, minus service fee.

Hi, I saw you have the non-refundable cancelation policy, so you get the money for the reservation anyway. They could only cancel for free for 48hs after booking.
