Cancellation 7 days, whats the actual time zone- latest time that day they can canx

Hi there

I have someone muttering about cancelling. I have strict canx on and its for over Christmas, so I really dont want them to canx. 

Canx policy is 7 days strict. - But at what time?

They arrive 7 days from today so up to what time can they canx wthout penalty?

They actually want to reduce one day and Ihave a 7 day minimum stay on that week- What can I do once booked to allow them to shorten?  and can that be once they have checked in?   I guess not as air BNB would have paid me already as they are inhouse.

Just come to a discounted price and go to payment and "alter" payment.  If all else fails, call custy serve.  Sorry, you were using canx, couldn't help it.
