Good day.

If my guests wanted to cancel their coming booking reservation at my listing but wanted a full refund, is that possible?

The cancellation policy is Strict.

Can Airbnb staff help ?

You need to become aware of how the cancellation policies work.  If they are cancelling within 7 days, they are not entitled to a refund https://www.airbnb.com/home/cancellation_policies#strict

Please don't accept the cancelation request at all, otherwise it will become host's cancelation and full refund will be issued to the guest leaving you with penalty.
