Cancellation Policy Exceptions by day or weekend

I really need the ability to have a Non-refundable/strict cancellation policy for about 8-10 weekends a year when major football games happen in my city.  Otherwise I'm completely fine with Moderate.

Is this coming soon Airbnb?   The use case is pretty simple -- for major events, I raise prices a lot and go non-refundable because of the "special nature" of these events.  Think SEC Football and 125,000 people coming into a town with 250,000 people for 1 weekend, swelling the town and making things very expensive. However, very few last minute visitors because it requires serious planning and $.  I'm sure there are many other use cases for similar events throughout every city in the world.

So, moderate just won't work for these specific weekends.   

This would be such a great feature!

I have the same request as I live 1 mile from the Pro Football Hall of Fame and need certain weekends to have a strict cancellation policy but do not want that policy for the other days.

Make a duplicate listing with availability only on the strict days you want to advertise.

Don't forget to block those days on your listing with the not strict policy.
