    For trips booked to Bali.... if they need to be cancelled because of the volcano, who pays? Some insurances taken a while back will pay for it but for new bookings no. Does the host get to keep the money and the traveller loses? Thanks. Latest reply by Quincy

    I had the payment for my stay taken out of my account twice, and cant get hold of anyone.

    Hi, I stayed in Warsaw 26th October, my host and everything was brilliant, but the money has been taken out of my account twice, and i am trying to get a refund but there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at AirBnB to get this arranged. Cant see any... Latest reply by Quincy
