Hello !

new host here..

question: site says payment should be latest on 4th November , today 17th - no money on account ?

 

any help pls ?!

@Milena87 Sorry to hear you have payout problems!  Have you set up your payout account and does it have a status of "Ready"?  A "Ready" status means that it has been verified by Airbnb and is able to receive payouts.  

 

If so, and you still haven't gotten your payout, you will need to get in touch with Airbnb to get this sorted out.

Lovely to meet you. I am sorry to hear you are concerned about your payment.

 

As you're a new host, Airbnb may have held your payouts, this can happen for a 30 day period after your first reservation is confirmed, therefore if the booking was confirmed and took place within 30 days this might be why your haven't received your payment yet. More information, can be found in this Help Center article

 

If it is past this timeframe, as @Clare0 has mentioned I would recommend contacting the Support Team as they will be able to look into this for you.

 

I really hope you get this sorted soon.
