Hi, My name is Ary. Today I get message from my guest that they couldn't come to Bali because of the Volcano.
I send an email to experiences airbnb that can help me to process the cancelation but I have to wait there respond to the emails within 12 hours. Did you have experiences before like that ? do they will reply your email ? because tomorrow is the last day to process the cancelation of the reservation

Hello @Ary8. If you applied there in the right time, it is up to Airbnb to do it, it's true CS are slow. Tell your guest to do it because guests are often served quicker.
