Cancellation Policy for Certain Time

I am a new host offering a flexible cancellation policy, but would like it to be moderate during certain times of year. Any advice on the proper settings or ways to advertise this appropriately?

You can change it in real time but not for certain periods, keep it on moderate, gives you a bit of protection.
