Cancellation Refund

I made a reservation through Airbnb on the 15th of December 2018 for 100.56 sgd. But due to some plan changes I had to cancel the reservation on the 8th of January 2019. I was said that the service charger will not be refunded (15.41 sgd) & the rest (85.15 sgd) will be returned within 10-15 business days . It has been nearly 20 business days & I have not still received my refund. Is there place & or support center that I can contact.
