Cancellation & Refund

The guest cancelled the reservation one month before the check-in date. My policity is rigorosa, and I shoud receive 80 euros from this cancellation.  And I didn´t receive it yet. At the payment historic I ca find the information that I should be refunded last week.

 

Do I need to do something to ask the refund?
