To the Airb&b community.
I received an email from Airb&b with a cancelation to an extension by my guest, with the argument that the reservation was not legit. My guest (who is currently staying at the appartment) was not aware of this cancelation and when I informed him he said that he had used his girlfriend's credit card and it had been rejected. Actually, somehow he changed the original reservation that was under his name to his girlfriend's, something that I believe should not be possible since he was already using my appartment. Now I have the dates cancelled and I believe my cancellation policy should apply but since it was done by airb&b I do not know what will happen.
I cannot reach anyone at airb&b and I no longer know what else to do to enforce the cancelation policy. Any help from the community (or hopefully Airb&b directly) will be appreciated!
