Hello, I have a problem and need assistance as soon as possible. I am having a hard time contacting Aibnb directly so maybe someone could help me!
My host had to cancel my reservation and asked me to cancel, which I did. I send Him a cancelation request, but he says he doesn't know where to accept. If I choose the other options it Airbnb charges me 30$!
What should I do? I don't want to be charge 30$ since it wasn't my decision to cancel!

I think you should give a phone call to Airbnb an explain it, of course you won't be charged 😉
