Cancellation long term confusion

Hi guys On my home page profile the cancellation policy as strict. My customer has checked in for 3 months however on the itinerary page it says "cancellation long term ,first month down payment and 30 days notice for lease termination" So does that mean theoretically he could cancel his lease on the first day and receive a refund for the last month? Im confused as my cancellation policy is "strict" Thanks

Just one set of conditions applies to Long Term Bookings.

Thanks David , I see so basically if some one wants to cancel they give 30 days notice and the balance is refunded ? just want to be crystal clear

 

eg they arrive today for a 3 month stay and cancell the lease as soon as they arrive they can claim one month as a refund

 

ie, they forgo the fist month rent and the second month (30 day notice) they are entitled for a refund of the last month?
