Cancellation penalties

Hi, 

I'm enquiring about cancellations penalties, I had to cancell a booking two months in advance due to somone wanting to take a year lease. I'm assiting the two guests in finding alternative accomodation, I will still remain in full contcat.

Do I still get penalised with this amount of lead time?

Yes you will be penalised..your calendar will be blocked for those dates and you will receive a financial penalty too.
