Cancellation policy

Does anyone charge cancellation fee. Some one due to check in today, cancelled at 12.30am?

when the guest cancels he is refunded according to the host's cancelation policy. Here are all policies explained:

The exceptions are cancelations due to extenuating circumstances. In that case, the guest is fully refunded (the host loses all the income) but it has to be documented.
