Cancellation policy

Hi. Thank you to everyone who has helped me with my previous questions. You have been very helpful.

 

I would like to know if I can customise my own cancellation policy.  I have a strict cancellation policy, but find the other two options either too prohibitive for the guest or in the case of the flexible policy, not helpful to me as the host.   I would like a policy for example that gives me the option of a full refund to a guest a month before, or in some cases two weeks before, and no refund after 7 days. I am concerned that the current policy options are causing me to lose bookings. This would also depend on the number of days booked.  Can I make my own cancellation policy?

No...you HAVE to pick from the three existing. If none of those work, AirBnB is not for you.
