I would like to know if I can customise my own cancellation policy. I have a strict cancellation policy, but find the other two options either too prohibitive for the guest or in the case of the flexible policy, not helpful to me as the host. I would like a policy for example that gives me the option of a full refund to a guest a month before, or in some cases two weeks before, and no refund after 7 days. I am concerned that the current policy options are causing me to lose bookings. This would also depend on the number of days booked. Can I make my own cancellation policy?
