Cancellation refund

Hello there, 
Last July I was staying in an apartment in Milan, 
I have initially booked for period of time and  then I decided to go back home before the decided date. 
My host told me that I will be re-embursed an amount of money and it will be transfered to my bank account. 
i have contacted him now to inform him that no money was received from my end and he confirmed that he only received a decreased amount of money and he advised me to get in contact with you as he can not solve the issue.
