Hello out there! We had now the second time a cancelation without having even read or and answered the client. Airbnb is unreachable, what can we do?What is going on?
This was probably someone who was looking at booking your property and did not have their payment confirmed with Airbnb. They then put a 24 hour hold on your calendar giving the guest a chance to get payment information in place. It usually shows on your calendar as "pending verification" but often people miss it if they do not look at their calendar daily. If the person does not get their information in order, it will show as cancelled. As far as I know, it does not count against you. I have had this happen a couple of times and both times the person never booked with anyone or at least they do not show any reviews to this day.

on the our Dashboard in Inbox it quoted less then 24h, that's why we are surprised.
