We cannot cannot accept a client because it appears as canceled. It is stated as: accept/decline

Recently various clients had written us and in the message it is stated as:  accept/decline.   Normally, when we get this message, we could accept or decline a client.   Nevertheless, recently we get clients who would like to visit us and WE DO have availability and would like to accept them.  But, for our sorprise  WE COULD NOT ACCEPT THEM.   The system does not allow us.   And when we pushed accept/decline botton, sent us to "your listing" and there appears as canceled.   We are really confused.  Could somebody help us please with this specifics we are facing now.
