Cancellation

I am a Host. I have a booking paid for in May. The guest has no reviews and has not replied to any of my messages and even cut me off when I called her. The guests are 6 for a Hen party. thats all i received on booking. It was not a instant booking so I did pre approve but did not have any reviews come up at that time.Also she only registered on Airbnb in May same time as the booking. I have checked the Cancellation policy of Airbnb but I see nothing relating to my cancelling because of an uneasy feeling. Please can anyone advise me on what I should/can do. I wish to cancel the booking. I have not cancelled a booking before.

You can call Airbnb and talk to them, but most likely you will not be able to cancel the booking penalty free because you had the opportunity to review and reject the reservation prior to accepting. From experience, it is not unusual for people to be incommunicative. Hence the category being included on the review. Be sure to mark the guest accordingly after the stay.
