I have just had a long standing booking cancelled. The host blames Airbnb , saying they have cancelled all her bookings for no reason. I have contacted air nb three times, they do not reply, but keep closing the thread, saying it is resolved. Can anyone throw any light on why this it happening?
If you still want to stay at that location, you can the host if the space is listed on any other platform, such as Vrbo, or has their own site/accepts bookings directly.
