Hi! I'm guest and I've canceled the reservation. I' ve got the cancellation confirmation, but I want the reservation back. What can I do in order not to reserve the appartment again - I'll loose my promocode
@Natalya6, I have heard that (because of the way the system is set up) that it is hard to recover your promo code if you cancel the reservation it was used on.
You definitely need to contact AirBnB support directly about this. (We here are not AirBnB; this is a discussion group for guests and hosts to chat.) Tell them what happened. I do not know if they can help you recover your promo code, but if anyone can, it is AirBnB support.
